Tina's homemade sourdough is superior to yeast and store-bought breads because all of her sourdough breads start with just three simple ingredients—flour, water, and salt—allowing the natural fermentation process to shine. Unlike store-bought breads that rely on commercial yeast and additives, sourdough uses wild yeast and beneficial bacteria, creating a complex, tangy flavor and a chewy texture.

The wild yeast and beneficial bacteria in sourdough also break down gluten and make the bread easier to digest.

Tina's sourdough follows a dedicated 3-day process that truly shows her love and attention in every loaf. The first day involves mixing the starter, allowing the natural wild yeast to grow. On the second day, the dough is carefully kneaded and allowed to rise slowly, developing its flavor. The third day is all about baking—where Tina ensures each loaf gets that perfect golden crust and airy, flavorful crumb. This slow, deliberate process means every bite is a true labor of love.
